If you are an incoming freshman and want to join a top 5 frat, the obvious best fraternities are DSIG, ASIG, PIKE, SIGNU, and KA. However, everybody has their own interests and fraternities they would fit in so don't discourage yourself if you do not join one of these as everyone belongs somewhere.
