Pike- Good traits- very good looking guys, debatably the best sorority relations Bad traits- Lots of scandals with girls (SA), lost lots of housing- could fall a lot due to this, very hard pledging, guys aren’t as nice -Founded in 1991 -Stud ranking~ 9.5/10 KA- Good Traits- good looking guys, debatably the best sorority relations, Great housing Bad Traits- brothers have a history of hitting people (girls,each other exc), very hard pledging, drunk driving scandal, big egos -Founded in 1995 -Stud Rating~9.5/10 Sig Nu- Good Traits- Nicer Guys, Very good sorority relations, lost lots of housing, JMU’s oldest fraternity Bad Traits- Last 2 pledge classes have been very underwhelming, took low income housing from the town of harrisonburg, had issues with brothers treating women badly in past (recently not tho), Very hard pledging -Founded in 1972 -Stud rating~9/10 D sig- Good traits- Very good sorority relations, Great housing Bad traits- on probation (might get kicked off campus) guys are mostly not that nice, very hard pledging (waterboarding) -Founded in 2010 -Stud rating~ 9.25/10 Phi Psi- Good traits- known for being respectful to women, Good Sorority relations, easier pledging, guys are all very nice, Grew extremely fast Bad traits- Some guys tend to be less handsome than ones above,less studs than ones above, needs better houses -Founded in 2017 -Stud rating~8.75/10 ATO- Good traits- Good sorority relations, solid housing Bad traits- Off campus fraternity, other organizations are not allowed to have parties with them although some still do this holds them back a lot, harder pledging -Founded in 2007 -Stud Rating~8.5/10 A sig- Good traits- Good housing, Solid sorority relations but less than ones above, good looking dudes, easier pledging Bad Traits- guys are known as pretty boy “tik tok guys”, less socially good and respected as ones above -Founded in 2012 -Stud Ranking~8/10 Theta chi- Good Traits- Solid sorority relations but less than ones above, Respectful to women, Guys are all very nice guys, Easier pledging Bad traits- has a lot less studs then the fraternities above, less good housing Founded in 1972 Stud Ranking- 8/10 This is where the socially ranked fraternities that are considered good and very well respected end.
