Top: 1) Dsig - a lot of great housing pickups including ATOs Bungalow and KAs estate while mining most of their houses. Arguably best brotherhood on campus - never see these retrds without each other - very cool/funny kids 2)Pike / KA - tough call on who will be better, pike having compound and KA getting pikes main - Pike has cooler guys but the housing may or may not hurt them 4) Signu - Signu got colonial taken from them due to the neighborhood being all residential people and the cops would get called every time - they took a huge pc in the spring but they are not that cool been falling the past two years as their older kids do not put effort into the frat Little Drop-off: 5) ATO - been a dominant frat the past 20 years and they continue to mix with top frats which is why they maintain the 5 seed. They used to be the best frat at JMU around 10 years ago however getting kicked off campus definitely hurt their rush 6) Phipsi - phipsi started in 2017 and continues to be JMUs fastest growing fraternity, I do not think they will become a top 4 frat unless two of the other frats gets kicked off campus 8) Asig/Theta Chi kinda a tweedle dee tweedle dum type thing - Asig has some cool kids but mainly weird hypebeast type, Theta chi on the other hand has good relations with sororities but no one knows who they are - I've heard that they also play cup during parties which is kinda highschoolish 10)not really sure about the other fraternities as I do not know much about them, but if you are a freshman looking to rush in the fall I would go off this
