Kinda what James said, ATO is good but being an off campus fraternity is hard. A lot of the "top" fraternities mix with ATO because they always offer to host and will pay for all the alc. That is pretty costly and I don't wanna imagine what their dues are like. They are also in a lawsuit with their nationals I think because they aren't even recognized by their nationals anymore, so they can't call themselves ATO, hence "alpha Society". Also means you can't really use their alumni network or put down that you're an ATO on resumes. This isn't to say they don't have fun, as they have Bungalow which is a great house(although I think they're losing it next year" and they have decent parties and have the luxury of not having to worry abt Tim Miller. But being off campus means you're gonna decline no matter what, and for ATO they've just been really good at avoiding it. But it'll happen eventually, but personally I hope they stick around, their parties are fun in my opinion. Their hazing is insane from what I have seen and heard, so be wary of that. This list does a pretty good job of ranking them and the rest of the frats(wtf is up with dsig tho like I get they're suspended but they're still in the top tier cmon now). ATO and Phi Psi def occupy the weird space in between "top"and "good" due to mixing with many of the top srats but just not having the clout anymore(ATO) or on Phi Psi's case not mixing with the"top" fraternities yet.
