With the death of Kobe and everyone coming together across the globe, it’s got me thinking. I feel like JMU could really use a Greek life culture change, if everyone stopped worrying about tiers and rankings and just got along, life would be so much simpler. Parties and social events would have less drama and petty crap, and it’d just make Greek life here more appealing for incoming freshmen. Also, go where you feel as though you belong, don’t go based on what anonymous people say on this site. Once you’ve graduated from college the last thing you’ll care about is where your frat or sorority stood in the rankings, you’ll just have the memories you made with your people, so go where you feel the most at home. I don’t wanna see any comments like “oh this kid is in a bad frat/sorority” bc that’s just proving my point that there needs to be a change, and according to all these stupid rankings it’s “untrue”.
