shut up ^ sororities have over 200 girls stop generalized and making "tiers" seem rigid when in reality they are not. Girls in top tier are friends with girls in middle tier and bottoms tier and vise versa. You don't know every girl in all of those sororities and you can't just decide who is friends with who.
