The first round is gonna seem a lot shallower, the rounds are just so short and it's hard to have deep conversations. However, as a PNM and an active, I noticed how deeply I was connecting on impact night and pref night. Yes, some more chapters appear more looks orientated during recruitment, but speak on your passions and be confident, it will make a difference.
