okay, so between panhellenic and PGC, i think we know who the real winners should be. Top Tier- Pi Phi, OPhiA, KKG Middle Tier- AOE, DG, ChiO, Alpha Xi Delta Bottom Tier- Sigma Kappa, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Phi For frats, the only "good" ones are TKE and PIKE, and even then its questionable.
