Sororities 1) Chi O (Had the best pledge class this year. Songfest raised a ton of money and they're a force to be reckoned with now and in the future. Dean's Cup all the way) 2) Phi Mu (PC wasn't as a good as previous years, but they're still the house to beat almost everything. They won Songfest and they'll continue to raise lots of money and have a high GPA) 3) AGD (Got the best PC they've had in years and they're getting it together and making it work. They've got unlimited potential and are gonna show Greek Row how far they're coming along sooner than later) 4) KD (Decent PC but they're still gonna be mired in the same rut they've been in: not bad, but never enough to get them over than invisible hump that Phi Mu and Chi O have over them) 5) AOii (Don't know what happened this year, but recruiting took a hit. They need to figure out what's not working and fix it or they're gonna be in trouble in the future) Fraternities 1) Sigma Chi (PC was better than last years, but a lot of good quality guys they'd normally get went to other houses. Still, they're top dogs and the frat to beat in everything from academics, intramurals, and philanthropy) 2) Pi Kapp (Blanket bidded again this year, but still got some great guys. Will continue to compete with Sigma Chi for bragging rights as usual) 3) KA (Got some good guys in this year's PC. Tailgates were great and they're coming back into prominence) 4) PIKE (Pretty decent PC but they're still were they were last year. However, they continue to be a reputable house on campus and do good things) 5) ATO (Surprisingly, they're starting to gain respect and bring in better guys than they had each previous year. They're on the rise and have some solid guys in SGA and IFC, but they need to get their philanthropy and name recognition more out there if they wanna really succeed) 6) Kappa Sig (Same as usual, but Warrior Week might turn out pretty good this year. Still, problems with grades, hazing, and their tiny house continue to plague them) 7) Phi Kapp (Same as usual, but a few good guys were in their PC. But they're always constant: never bad, but never great either. Plus their Halloween party was a dry event and sucked really badly compared to last year) 8) SAE (Motivated, but the numbers aren't there. Still new to the game, but they really don't have an identity other than being the frat that doesn't haze or require you to pledge) 9) TKE (3 pledges this semester. Grades continue to suck and their house is still a huge mess. It's sad because they used to be a reputable house at South. Now they're just dying a slow death)
