From a girls perspective Id say the top three are Sig Chi, KA, and then DKE. Sig chi definitely has the cutest new members out of all the houses and will do well with freshman girls and I can see them being the new top house for a while. KA has a lot of upper classmen and a lot of clout from older girls in top houses so younger girls in those houses will come too. DKE is the same way with the older girls but I can see them dying down when all the SAE groupies have graduated in two years
