Kappa Alpha Theta at The University of Alabama These sisters are determined to leave a legacy that extends way beyond their stunning looks. When the chapter tragically lost one of their own in early 2016, they displayed what true sisterhood means by donating the $2,500 they normally would spend on their homecoming “pomp” (a decoration made from tissue paper) to American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. On top of that amount, they raised a total of $17,000 for the cause.
