Kappa Delta, University of Illinois
62 beds will fit into this brand new, four-story house at the University of Illinois. The house is also the first new sorority house at the school in almost 50 years. While the home will house 62 members, there is plenty of additional room and meeting spaces for the 160-member chapter. Other highlights include a two-story entry foyer, formal spaces, multiple studies, a commercial kitchen and a dedicated dining room. According to the architects, they designed the home with a brick and limestone structure and an outdoor courtyard to tie in to the university’s on-campus architecture.
