What would you guys say are the real sorority/fraternity rankings going into next year? Any change (anyone go up/down)?

Based on overall popularity, attractiveness, involvement, brotherhood/sisterhood, achievement

FRATERNITIES:

Sig, Beta (best looking overall), FIJI, Alpha Delt (gone up), Phi Delt, Dke, Ksig, Psi U, Zeta Psi, Aepi

SORORITIES:

Dg, Adpi/Kappa, Gamma phi, Theta, Agd, Aphi, Aopi

Honestly definite rankings are never going to be completely correct because everyone has different opinions. It's the tiers that matter and can generally be agreed upon, anything more specific than that is just someone's preference.

There's never going to be an exact 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. rating because it's subject to personal opinions. What most people agree on is who's in what tiers so just look at that.

Top - Sig, Beta, FIJI
Middle - Psi U, DKE, Phi Delt, Alpha Delt
Bottom - K SIG, AEPi, Zeta Psi

These are tiers and not rankings. Let's be real, Phi Delt has improved but is not top tier quite yet.

Mid: Alpha Delt, Deke, Fiji (Fijis new pledge class is weak)

Bottom: Ksig, zeta, Psi U
