Clear best New row houses. SNU and Beta could be in the tier below but i see them best fit here.
Sig Ep, Phi delt, Lambda, Delta Sig, Pi kapp
Still very strong fraternities with good sorority relations. Pi kapp could be lower because of their suspension. Don't know if suspension hurt them too much.
Pike, AEPi, KS, Theta chi
Have decent sorority connects but smaller chapter sizes. Still have active social calendars. (ks and ox are improving and have good connects even though they are weird thats why they are here)
AGR, TEP, Sigma pi, Phi tau, DTD
better than being a gdi I guess. Houses for guys who are looking for a good brotherhood
Chi psi, phi psi, tke, zbt, byx, pkt
Don't waste your time or money lol.

DTD shouldn't be bottom at all they just got shafted with a ton of drops in the fall all the delts ive met go hard and have a sick house

This "Old Row" and "New Row" crap kills me....what's the cut off Guys? Prior to 1870?
What about the Areopagus chapters? Gridiron and Sphinx chapters? Horseman chapters? Those are the ones with influence and that really count.
