frat ranks with explanations

Since nobody can get it anywhere near right on this website. Im just grouping them by tiers, not so much in particular order

SAE, KA, Chi Phi
You may not like it BUT THESE GUYS ARE THE TOP 3 AND ALWAYS BE. THESE ARE OLD ROW HOUSES.

SX, Fiji, ATO, SNU, BETA
Clear best New row houses. SNU and Beta could be in the tier below but i see them best fit here.

Sig Ep, Phi delt, Lambda, Delta Sig, Pi kapp
Still very strong fraternities with good sorority relations. Pi kapp could be lower because of their suspension. Don't know if suspension hurt them too much.

Pike, AEPi, KS, Theta chi
Have decent sorority connects but smaller chapter sizes. Still have active social calendars. (ks and ox are improving and have good connects even though they are weird thats why they are here)

AGR, TEP, Sigma pi, Phi tau, DTD
better than being a gdi I guess. Houses for guys who are looking for a good brotherhood

Chi psi, phi psi, tke, zbt, byx, pkt
Don't waste your time or money lol.

I think SAE KA CHI PHI and ATO FIJI SNU should be equal but former is Old Row and the latter is New Row

This post is 2 years old. SX & Beta have slipped down. SAE and Chi Phi are not really top anymore. KA, ATO, FIJI, Delta Sig, & SN are the best overall Fraternities at UGA. It ain't ALT private school 2.0 anymore, just the facts,
