How many sophomores do the sororities usually take and is there a quota?

there isn't a quota as to how many sophomores a house will take. It really depends on the house. Some houses are more likely to take sophomores than others.

getting a bid to a sorority at University of Illinois is super easy, it just may not be the one that you want. A lot of house have legacy policies where they have to take legacies, so as long as you're relatively normal you'll be fine.

Lets put it this way. I know people who got dropped from all houses as a freshman and ended up in top houses as a sophomore so sometimes your better off. Just depends on the year and how many people are rushing and what the caliber of the girls are.
