Srats who were negatively mentioned likely paid to delete. Bad houses physically are Phi Sig, Axid, Theta, Phi Mu maybe working on upgrade(?) and few others were called out

Truth. This house is going to start climbing up the ranking ladder. The physical house is insanely awesome, and the girls who hurt the ranking are graduating this year. Insanely beautiful house=good recruiting.
