Busey-Evans, Newman, and ISR

Ike (especially Weston) and bromley are where most of the social people tend to end up due to location and nicer amenities/better food

I would steer clear of ISR/Busey/LAR, usually engineers who don't have time to go out/international students/people who aren't interested in the social partying aspect of college

PAR/FAR can be hit or miss based on who you live by, but they are extremely far from frats/bars so that stops a lot of people from going out
