DG is in top tier, always has been, always will be. HOWEVER, this is the house I would recommend in each tier. It is not "top" or "best" or "hottest", but the one I would recommend to a HS girl going through rush, for the best experience with the nicest girls.

actually though - AXO doesn't seem to care about rank or keeping a specific rep. They have so many diverse girls and don't stereotype only "blonde babes" etc. They are inclusive and just seem to enjoy each other. Maybe this is why their house has become a top house. btw - I am not in a house, but am involved in a lot of philanthropies and organizations on campus and have crossed paths with a ton of greek guys and girls. Was curious to see what this site was about and first time on it.
