Pi Phi is on the rise. They keep being listed so low here and it doesn't really make sense. Blocks with ZBT and Phi Delt and they have a solid social. Not that it really matters, but it should be noted

They're only blocking with phidelt cause phidelt was desperate. Axid blocking with sigep didn't change anything. And If you're using that they're blocking with zbt then you're saying them and kappa are equal which ain't true so take a seat.
