how's this perspective even slightly relevant . top frats don't do anything with bottom sororities and top sororities don't do anything with bottom frats. you can prob rank the sororities you do stuff with but how do you have an opinion on all of them when you don't do anything with half of them?
sororities rank sororities
fraternities rank fraternities
those are the only relevant opinions

NO, frats rank sorors and vice versa, because those are the only opinions that matter. What do I care what another guy thinks of my frat?
Also, we dont all formally socialize with everyone, but we know someone from most houses on an individual basis and we see what they do on campus.

knowing someone from a house doesn't mean you know enough to judge the entire house. you don't have events with everyone so it's basically biased on what u hear/see from a few individuals and that's just dumb . I'm not gonna rank all the frats cause I don't know half of them and I'm pretty sure guys in actual frats know more about them all than I do

Of course you are right about not judging by a few individuals but girls don't really know all the sororities either, aside from the sales pitch they were given during rush, which you have to admit does not always reflect reality. No one on campus knows all the houses well - but that's not going to cause us all to go away and this site to shut down.
And I would say if I know a couple of girls in PiPhi well, over time I might know a lot more about their house than girls that only met them during rush.
