An okay group of guys, don't really mix with the top sororities but still a fun time when you are with them. They can be a lot to handle at parties, grabbing any girl they see. Girls are just an object to them. Think they can eventually move upwards once some of the members graduate

Such a nice house and parties are fun but these boys could not care less about you, they treat girls like nothing. Their pledge class can have potential though.

Their newer guys are mainly all cute & really tight. When they get their house back and some of their weird older brothers graduate this year they'll easily be one of the top frats.

Honestly this is probably the most diverse frat me and my friends go to. Their parties are pretty fun & they're known as the non preppy frat with a tight brotherhood but they need to do more mixers and get their relations up.

These guys are cool and when they throw down have the best parties. Definitely on the rise with their upcoming pledge class being one of the biggest only to sig chi. With better sorority relations would be top 3 or 4 frat

The new guys have turned this fraternity completely around. Once they are off probation and get their house back they will be top tier.
