OMG wait till you see their upcoming pledge class, talk about full scale goobers. Its really a place where Geeds get to play dress up and pretend their in a real fraternity. Also theyre mad fake one brother will tell you to come in and the other will call his brother a retard and tell you its capped. Also where do they find the girls at their parties...the circus lol. I would say join kappa sig if you plan on transferring or becoming president and selling the house to a real frat.

kappa sigma has one of the biggest houses on campus, plus the brothers here are not as much of a douchebag as you think they are, although some of them are weird, most of them are pretty chill dudes

Self rank game so strong. No good parties, don't mix with top sororities. The only reason why anyone has ever heard of them is because when you walk down union and see their house you look and think to yourself "damn what a waste of a nice house, wish a real frat had that". Have you ever heard of them throwing down? I haven't either.
