As a 5th year senior here at Rutgers, I have grown to have many relationships with brothers of these top fraternities. Yet, despite having many friends in Greek life I never made the leap to join. I suppose I should have, but there was such a superiority in most fraternity guys that it never really appealed to me. That being said, this post is unbiased. I have no particular grudges against any of these fraternities; just a view of a close outsider. This might serve as a guide to underclassmen who are interested in Greek Life; take it with a grain of salt. These are only my personal thoughts that I decided to write so I could procrastinated on my exam tomorrow morning. Here we go:

- Theta Chi: Met a couple brothers in my math class. Everyone in these fraternity seemed incredibly down to earth. They were a very diverse crowd, with some jocks and some nerds. For a top fraternity, this one seemed the most normal.

- Sig Ep: I'd say I'm friends with about 1/3 of the fraternity. That being said, individually, many of the guys here are really nice. But as a group, this really seems like a club. Talking to many brothers, it appeared none of them are particularly close. But they have thier **** together and have great parties. So if you are into that, I'd check them out.

- Chi Psi: Met a couple guys here in my microeconomics class. The one thing I noticed about all of these guys is there formality. That seems to be the repuatation they have, and it shows.
