What does it take to get into a sorority? Is there hazing and/or a hell week for girls I get into a sorority?

I was worried about hazing and all of that too but honestly I don't know if there's a house dumb enough to do that. Mine doesn't and I've had a great time! you just have to do recruitment and feel it out for yourself!
