I agree 100 percent with truth. Some of the top and middle tiers can be mixed up according to different peoples opinion, but SK and XO are solid middle tier and AOPI and Pi Phi are bottom.

Agree 13 here except EK and AOPi have solidly worked their way out of the bottom. Definitely not at the top, but they don't deserve to be grouped with Pi Phi. Pi Phi is holding down the bottom all on their own.
