What are the real sorority rankings here? Top tier? Mid Tier? Bottom Tier?

In terms of sisterhood, i would say pi phi and chi-o have the most genuine and down to earth girls.

pi phi and kd are the most well rounded it terms of fun, hottness, and sisterhood, that being said they may not be the hottest or have the best sisterhood but they have a little of everything. most down to earth girls

Zeta had a phenomenal pledge class this year, but won't be on the same level as Pi Phi for at least another year. More like Pi Phi/KD then Zeta/Chi O.

I would easily say tri delt is slipping more than chi o and theta.. freshman chi o's seem pretty chill and the theta freshmen are so fun to hang with. They also know how to party to say the least. Putting them on the same level as KD is a joke. KD's are cool but does anyone even know them?

This is very inaccurate. Theta has a stellar pledge class this year. Kappas has some really weird girls.
