Has an "old row" house even fallen into "new row" status or vice versa or is the old/new thing just two different groups that stay separate for all these tiers and rankings y'all post?

Old row refers to old money versus new money. Historically, (not necessarily my opinion), a little more value was given to someone whose family had been wealthy past one generation. It was seen that new money was a little bit more tacky because they wanted people to think they were important.
