No to a lot of this. Theta undeniably did the best out of the core four with a smokin PC. Alpha Phi did the worst next to Kappa. Tridelt got a hot PC this year, while Pi Phi's is the same that they usually take, and SDT's was pretty unattractive by middle tier standards. AEPhi did much better than KD who messed up this year, and PSS did better than AXO. The way I see it,
