No to a lot of this. Theta undeniably did the best out of the core four with a smokin PC. Alpha Phi did the worst next to Kappa. Tridelt got a hot PC this year, while Pi Phi's is the same that they usually take, and SDT's was pretty unattractive by middle tier standards.
