what do you all think about phi delt?

I've been going to Phi Delt a lot recently and really like the guys there. Hardly ever see them on here though, what do you think about them?

Phi delt throws pretty great parties considering they are too new to party with top sororities yet. A lot depends upon their next couple PC's. If they get good PC's I could see them making middle tier in a couple years.
