This is pretty off. Kappa and XO are not top. Zeta definitely is. PiPhi is much better than Theta and AXO. DZ is mch better than KD. And Gamma Phi should not be below KD. This is all kinds of wrong.
It should be:

TriDelt, Zeta
Kappa, XO
DG, PiPhi
Theta, AXO, DZ
Gamma Phi
KD
ADPi

it's more like:

DG (if 2015 pledges are good they will be tied with the top 4)
Pi Phi
AXO, Theta, Gamma Phi (got good/decent pledges the past 2 years)
DZ, KD (was on par with ADPi but the 2014 pledges aren't bad)
