Top:Kappa/Alpha Phi/Tri-delt (Kappa got a worse PC so other 2 are catching up)
Top Mid: DG (not as hot as the top but way hotter than the next tier)
Mid: Theta/SDT/AZD (some cute girls, some not so much)
Lower Mid: AEPhi/GPhi (rare hot girl, rest should hit the gym)
Bottom: DPhi/AGD (....yeah)

Fraternities:
Top: SAE/ZBT/Sig Chi
Top Mid: PHI PSI/PSI U/TKE/
Mid: Sammy/AEPi/ATO/Delt/DKE
Lower Mid: Sig Ep/Phi Delt
Bottom: Theta Chi/FIJI

Lol please. DKE should be top and so should Sammy. Move ZBT down. AZD and theta should be higher up and switch kappa and tridelt...move sdt down. I can't even.

Yeah sig chi has a really nice house and appeals to a pretty wide range of kids so they get tons back in rush, but does anyone really think they're cooler than say those 4 houses ranked below? Cuz I do not.
