No way sigma chi is considered irrelevant. I would have to say Acacia, Theta Xi, Chi Phi, TKE, Phi Kapp, and Beta Sigma Psi, Lambda

Sigma Chi gets on this site a little too much^

Sigma Chi is still fairly irrelevant, no one goes out of their way to have parties with them or even sober functions, Farmhouse on the other hand, girls were dying to get in on Church Party and Idol this year, definitely the opposite of irrelevant and they get their charter back in August

somewhat irrelevant: pike, pi kappa phi, alpha gamma nu
