How likely is it to join a top or middle tier fraternity during the fall or winter instead of waiting until Summer?

Rushing in the spring depends more on who you know in houses and how many guys they are looking to get. A house may not need any new pledges or they may need 10, it all depends. Rush dinners for spring will start happening near the end of the semester or during winter break. Good luck man.
