How intense is rush here? Do only the pretty girls get in? I know it's not the SEC but I'm curious to see if top tier houses only take the pretty and skinny girls

Iowa State's Greek Community is not shallow in that way at all. Your looks or personal style may catch a house's attention, but your personality is probably what will get you in. At least that's how it is at my house.

Looks do not matter. There are no bad houses. Each house is unique and has girls that have many different looks and personalies.

ISU Greek life isn't superficial at all! It's because we're nice Iowans :) While it is important to be presentable (like for a date or interview) what's most important is who you are as a person!
