Equal. Change it however you want, but stop arguing over the placement of 1-3. They're all the best but different.
DG
Half in top half in middle, IMO.
Kappa/Phi Mu
Equal. They're solid, respectable sororities. Very different but equal in rank.
Pi Phi/AOPi
Equal. They're good sororities but slightly less desired in rush than others. Very different but equal in rank.
Theta
Improving, were last place for pretty much ever which doesn't mean they're bad, but someone has to be last.
ADPi
Can't put them equal with Theta because they haven't been here long enough to earn that spot yet. Haven't had time to establish a rep, but by default get almost anyone in rush because of newness.

THERE IS KO ORDER IN THE TOP AND MID TIERS! You could easily shuffle the sororities around depending on your personality!

Bottom tier is set and this is the order.
