Who get cut from XO, DDD, and DG. The stereotype is that Phi mu looks for southern, feminine, pagesnt type girls. Phi mu's have decent grades and are fairly involved. Just generally sweet and likable girls.

Basically Phi Mu takes the leftovers. If a girl can't get top tier they'll go for Phi Mu, Kappa, or DG.

No need to make those three sound bad! Phi mu, DG, and kappa are all great sororities! I agree they are not top tier, but their girls are very similar to top tier!
