I'm a senior in a middle tier fraternity and this is my honest opinion. I know that we all may not agree but after being here a few years and getting to know members in every organization I think this is a fair ranking.

I agree with your tiers, but disagree with the order within the tiers. Order within the tiers is entirely subjective and based on personality type. One is not better than then other, just different.
