Phi psi isn't top. They are one of the biggest self tankers on here so I'll get a lot of heat for this one. Look at their past little 5, future little 5 and homecoming pairs that's all you need to prove that phi psi is not top

Fiji behind beta (or in front, depending on your preference...socially they're about the same rank), phi psi before delts, kappa sig before phi delt.
