phi delt vs. sammy

this is what I've always seen the rankings of the top guys as, but apparently phi delt and sammy are both fighting for the 8th spot.
who gets it? and why?

nobody is fighting.
nobody actual cares. we just all want to get drunk on weekends and have as much fun possible in college before graduating.

Sammy might have been upper middle last semester when everyone was on probo, but since everyone is off probo now they'll return to their regular spot as kings of the middle tier

Spot should be moved down, KSig, PhiDelt, and Sammy don't get pairs that phi psi and Delts do, I mean those three never pair with Pi phi or zeta or tridelt.
