So I'm reading a lot of mixed messages on GR about phi delt, what's the general impression that people have about them?

There round up was a joke, nobody really went. They just dont really have a house for it

Got shut down because the cops said the backyard couldn't host the amount of people there (if you've seen the yard you know why) so ATO and them cohosted Travis Porter at ATO

They had Travis Porter for round up, but it got shut down at their house but they managed to move their party to ato's house at the last minute

Phi Delt used to be popular and rich. I say the rich alumni should gather and give Phi Delt a boost.

PIKE and ATO might be considered "better" and more fratty, but I think that it might be fratty in the negative sense too, they can give off a douchy vibe.
