Phi Mu IS lower than ZBT, but not by very much. They're almost equal. But ZTA is generally considered higher. Again, once fall semester hits, this will change a LOT.

Lambda hasn't gotten to Pi Kapps just yet. They're up there, but they have some more room to grow before they overtake them.

Delts has a better GP buddy than ZBT right now so they stay higher up until Football pairings happen. I will acknowledge that ZBT may be a better house, but in the grand scheme, Delts has them.
