Delts has a better GP buddy than ZBT right now so they stay higher up until Football pairings happen. I will acknowledge that ZBT may be a better house, but in the grand scheme, Delts has them.

Phi Mu IS lower than ZBT, but not by very much. They're almost equal. But ZTA is generally considered higher. Again, once fall semester hits, this will change a LOT.
