Does fiji give all their bids at the end of rush or do they do a sort of rolling admission?

They are finished recruiting, they'll have more events for appearances, but if you're not a bid now, then go elsewhere

Everyone i have talked says they haven't gotten a bid yet, so are they just lying because they have to keep it a secret?
