what are your thoughts on these houses

Hi im going to be a freshman this fall and have friends in the following houses. I plan to rush all of them, but just wanted to hear your guys opinions on them first

Sig Chi
ZBT
SAE
Phi Delt

if you want to be in clearly the best house on campus, rush pike. If you're a cool guy you'll get a bid and if you're not you can sign the houses you listed
