Based solely on social, here is a decent list for people trying to rush. Remember, there is a hell of a lot more to a house than social, so definitely choose where you fit in.
Top: SAE, Delts, Pikes, Sigma Chi
Upper: Acacia, Sigep, ATO, PhiDelt
Upper Middle: ZBT, Fiji, PhiPsi, Lambda Chi
Middle: Alpha Sigs, DU, DChi, AGR, Sammys

Maybe they made a choice to not spend every single Saturday with a sorority that only has a few attractive girls.....is that worse than being bored every week cause there is no one for you, because the few cute girls in the house all have boyfriends?

My house had block a couple times, and didn't have it a couple of times. We were not the most prominent, so we couldn't pull thetas or something along those lines. My time was better spent studying early, maybe seeing the game, having a nice dinner, and then partying all night.

You've gotta stick Sigma Nu in there, they're blocking with Phi Sigs. Probably in the upper middle category

Put ATO back at the top and move AEPi, Sigma Nu down and Beta up to middle. Then you'd have a decent list
