Phi Sig top of lower tier (maybe 13), DDD top of middle tier (maybe 6)

Really doesn't matter too much, very little difference between sororities these days plus most guys do not care.

I said they are top of the lower tier, that still means bottom tier. Certainly better than AOP, AXI and SDT. Still not quite at level of ADP or XO.

Pledge class appearance is no worse than Theta or DDD. Of course that is just one class, still need work overall.

are you insane? They are not a class of supermodels, despite what you might be saying on here. And they got cut from all the other sororities. I know for sure their recruitment was not the best and that their return rates were low. Stop trying to social climb above solid houses.

Agree, they are not a class of supermodels. But my point is, neither is any other pledge class. Seems like almost every house has a mix these days.

And I agree they are not ahead of solid houses like ADP, DDD, and XO.

PSS "alpha class" is a mix of maybe 10 hot girls and the rest average/below average. Their new class is all below average. That is what counts. The alpha class got all the random girls who wanted to join the new house and happened to pick up some hot ones. It all matters on recruitment cause in 2 years all those hot girls are gonna be gone

Agree, Pi phi has always been below AGD and Gphi had always been 5th. Pi phis 18's not Hot. Real bad 18's same with gphi.

I agree with AOPi being higher than AXiD based on the 18s. I've heard good things about AOPi 18s despite it being such a lesser thought about house.
