This is actually pretty good.

You can argue about slight adjustments, but overall this hits the mark.

For throwing parties I feel like Pike ranks higher than ZBT and Phi Psi. The halloween joint party this weekend sucked. They ran out of alc, it was packed, and they were screaming at people. Pike is way more chill and organized
