houses like zbt n phi psi are great and have some but they honestly lack tenders compared to other top houses

Sae has more parties in the house compared to acacia/ato/sigs who are way more bar centric. Also the phi delt reply needs to chill lmao they do not run bars here though have good pull for sure.
